Snowed in, watching Parks and Rec on Netflix! Space heater, two cats, a bottle of red and some drawin' time. Life is good.

Supermen and Donkeymen
I spent a while trying to come up with something clever for this guy's chest and never did. Ha! Initially, it was going to be something dramatic and cool flying out of it but I couldn't get that right either! Dang, drawing is hard!
And, of course, the donkey dude is back. Ah well. It's hard not to feel like a jackass sometimes. Oh and a Chris Cornell-looking guy!

Curse the Heavens! And Others-
Tuesday, October 19, 2010
When doing the second panel for this:
I realized how the simple gag of a grave stone with "LATER" works with just about any other doodle I have and in turn, multiplies the funniness quotient by about 500,0345 times (I calculated it in my lab). Here are a few more that I tacked it onto for laffs:
See? Much funnier.
And of course, more doodles:

New Pocket Scraps!
Hooray and welcome to a new blog full of daily pocket scraps from yours truly. I'll start off by saying I have a hard time committing to notebooks and sketchbooks so I draw on scraps of paper and pads from the bank and then stash them away in a box with the thousands of others that will likely never see the light of day. Friends and family have repeatedly encouraged me to start sharing them again, so here are a few to start you off that I did today. Why not, right? Thanks to all you guys who poked and prodded me to fire this thing up again. It's fun!
Cheers!
Dan
PS. Apologies for the crappy translation for the Chilean miner!
